Intermittant Call Connections - Major Issue
Some SIP trunk customers may be experiencing long call setup times or calls failing. This due to an issue with an upstream partner.
We are taking steps with the partner and are routing traffic via alternative paths to alleviate the issue.

The upstream carrier is no longer experiencing the issue and calls have been connecting successfully throughout the evening.
Our engineering team will be closely monitoring the situation for the next 24 hours.

We have identified the fault with the upstream carrier and are working with them to resolve this.
Calls have been routed via alternative paths but customers may still experience some failures / slow setups.
