Loss of connectivity in Liverpool affecting some customers - Issue resolved

We are currently investigating loss of connectivity at one of our Liverpool POP sites.

Connectivity has been restored to our PoP site and we are seeing the affected connections come back online.

We have identified a new additional piece of hardware is needed in order to restore full connectivity

We have restored power to the site, however we are still having connectivity issues. Our on site engineers are continuing to work with our infastructure team for a resolution.
