Performance degradation for London Data Center - Issue resolved
Customers are experiencing performance degradation in the London DC, packet loss is around 0.02% over UDP. This does not affect regular services, but it does affect NFS servers and other specific persistent connections

Upon extensive troubleshooting a faulty transmission equipment has been identified. We are checking availability for replacement.

Engineer has found a number of channels with bad light levels between Meridian Gate and Telehouse North, Network Infrastructure is currently working on finding the root cause so we can swap the required hardware.
