Dear Customer,
Please be advised that planned maintenance to conduct a software upgrade on the Horizon ACME SBCs (Session Border Controllers) will take place:
01st May 21:00 - 04:00 02nd May - Change Ref 59663
08th May 21:00 - 04:00 09th May - Change Ref 59664
The purpose of these planned works is for the Horizon Network SBCs to be upgraded to the latest software as provided by the equipment vendors. This will complete the network wide upgrade.
Services Affected: Horizon voice services only
Customer Impact: No interruption to services is expected. Horizon voice services are deemed at risk during this work. There is a loss of resiliency as the work will be conducted on the standby SBC.
