Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to Media Server caching will happen on the 22/8/19 at 22:00
Affected product:Hosted Telephony Product
The maintenance itself has a 5 hour window and is part of works to prevent potential disk capacity issues on the media servers by moving them to a new partition.
Risk: No expected impact to service, however there is a low risk to call recording and media services such as audio prompts.
Rollback Plan: Restore cache to original partition
