Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to Load Balancer minor firmware release will happen on the 22/08/2019 22:00
Affected product: Hosted Telephony
The maintenance itself has a 3 hour window and is part of works to put in a Load Balancer minor firmware release upgrade.
Risk: No expected impact to call processing. API traffic including third party call control clients and analytics will experience two brief disruptions to connectivity during the window. (Approx. 1-2 mins)
1st disruption early into the window.
2nd disruption later in the window.
Rollback Plan: Uninstall firmware updates.
