Please be advised that planned maintenance in regards to US AS Platform R21 upgrade will happen on the 04/09/2019 at 06:00am
Affected product: VOIP - Hosted Telephony
The maintenance itself has a 4 hour window and is part of works to Upgrade the Platform to the R21 firmware for the USA AS servers.
Risk: None, but services are deemed at risk during the change window. Servers are in high availability cluster that allows maintenance to be performed on individual servers while traffic is being handled by redundant servers.
Rollback Plan: Rollback servers to R20
