Network Segment Listed in Spamhaus – Email Delivery Impact - Issue resolved
Hello,
We are currently investigating an issue affecting a segment of our network that has been listed in the external anti-spam database Spamhaus.
This may impact email delivery for some services hosted within the affected IP range.
Our engineering teams have identified the source of the issue and have already started implementing corrective measures, including restricting outbound SMTP traffic and mitigating abusive activity.
We are actively working with the relevant blacklist operators to expedite the delisting process.
The situation is being continuously monitored, and further updates will be provided as progress is made.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Hello,
We have implemented corrective measures and submitted a delisting request with Spamhaus.
At this time, the IP addresses are no longer listed on the Spamhaus SBL.
Please allow 48–72 hours for all changes to fully propagate across the internet.
After this period, you may proceed with retrying your email deliveries.
If you continue to experience any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Regards
