Dear Customer,
M247 would like to inform you of a planned maintenance work needed for one of our Singapore ToR switches in which your servers are connected. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to complete the work which took place last week, on 21st of March.
We will continue the last part of the activity on Thursday 4th April, between 5:00 UTC - 7:00 UTC. This is needed in order to restore malfunctioning services, avoid future issues. and ensure long-term stability of your services.
The downtime is expected to be around 60-90 minutes.
