Equipment software upgrade - Maintenance completed

Further to the incident detailed in status entry http://status.metronet-uk.com/issue/269 on Tuesday 12th January we will be performing a software upgrade of the affected equipment. We will be performing the upgrade between 07:00 and 07:30. This will involve a reload of the equipment and as such any customer service which connects through this hardware will experience a service interruption of up to 10 minutes while the upgrade takes place. All customers who will be affected will receive a notification email.
