Scheduled maintenance on a Metronet PoP

On Saturday 27th February between 09:00 and 21:00 we are required to perform an essential upgrade on routing hardware at a Manchester PoP Site. We are going to install the new hardware alongside the old hardware and migrate customers one by one and check connectivity before removing the old hardware. Customers directly connected to the PoP site will experience multiple brief outages of up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window whilst their service is migrated to the new hardware. Customers with backup services will be unaffected.
Our NOC will issue maintenance directly to affected customers.
