Maintenance to Burnley PoP site equipment - Maintenance completed

Metronet (UK) will be performing an emergency upgrade to a piece of equipment on one of our Burnley PoP sites. This will take place on Thursday 25th August between 07:30am and 08:30pm. Customers will experience a disruption to service of up to 15 minutes whilst they are migrated to new hardware, and may also experience intermittent connectivity for the duration of the maintenance window and all outages will be kept to an absolute minimum.
Customers with backup connections will fail over to these circuits at this time.

Intrusive maintenance has now completed and all services are operational. Engineers on site are performing some clear up tasks and we will advise when they have left site.
