Maintenance Works at a Liverpool PoP Site

On Saturday 1st April between 09:00 and 17:00 we are required to perform essential maintenance on equipment at a Liverpool PoP Site.
Customers connected to this site will experience a disruption of service of up to 30 minutes whilst engineers perform service enhancing works.
During this maintenance window, customer interfaces and routing will be migrated to a new network platform, before the uplink to this site is physically migrated to the new hardware.
Our Proactive Support Team will issue maintenance directly to affected customers. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
