Hi Team,
M247 will be upgrading the firmware on two CPE routers in the UK . We will require your availability and support to validate the traffic after the change and to assist with any issues that may arise during the process.
The software will be upgraded from Cisco latest software version IOS XE 16.9.1 la 17.12.6 .

Change Start Time: 24/09/2026 21:00 BST (UTC+1) / 24/09/2026 23:00 EEST (UTC+3)
Change End Time: 25/09/2026 03:00 BST (UTC+1) / 25/09/2026 05:00 EEST (UTC+3)
Service Impact: There should not be any impact on customer traffic. However, there is a risk of traffic degradation during the failover to the backup link and return to the primary link.
