Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you about an at‑risk maintenance activity planned in our Frankfurt Data Center. During the window 17 September 2026, 22:00 UTC – 18 September 2026, 02:00 UTC, we will perform a migration of your Vodafone services from router bb1.fra2.de to router pe1n.fra2.de.
This activity is part of our infrastructure upgrade program, as the new platform provides higher capacity and improved performance for the Frankfurt site.
All affected services have active backup paths in our London Data Center. However, temporary traffic degradation may occur, and during the switching process there is a possibility of a short downtime, estimated at 2–3 minutes. These effects are limited to the maintenance window, and no extended impact is expected.
